BASTILLE DAY 07/14/2019
Whether you call it Le Quatorze Juillet or La Fete Nationale, Bastille Day celebrations are a big deal in Paris and throughout France. On July 14, 1789, the Bastille fortress was stormed by Revolutionaries who believed countrymen were imprisoned unjustly by Louis XVI. There’s no better way to celebrate Bastille Day in Paris than a cruise on the Seine or on the French Riviera. This holiday is celebrated throughout France and the world at large with cries of “Vive le 14 Juillet!”
If you are in France today, enjoy great fireworks. The best place to see it is always at anchor somewhere close to a big port like Monaco or Cannes. There will be more fireworks all summer on the French and Italian Rivieras as well as other Mediterranean countries. And the good news is there are still some good availability to book a charter on these different yachts.
Taylor’d Yacht Charters will be glad to assist you with your yacht charter needs in the Mediterranean or Worldwide. See link to view some yachts that are available for Charter
