M/Y METSUYAN IV is a practical, comfortable, seaworthy, long-range yacht, perfect for families. The two large tenders, both fast enough for waterskiing, can also tow all manner of inflatable toys. For more active guests, the yacht is equipped with a jet-ski, scuba gear and a kayak, as well as a dive board that fits on to the side of the sun deck. The zero-speed stabilizers guarantee minimal movement at anchor.
The interior is designed in a relaxed traditional style with beautiful cherry wood panelling and marble details. The oval dining table for 10 guests and the smaller coffee table in the saloon are made of sycamore. Alfresco dining allows for 12 guests at the large table on the aft deck and for 10 guests on the upper deck. More informal dining is also possible at two smaller tables on the sundeck which is perfect for family BBQ’s.
Accommodation for 10 guests is provided in one master cabin on the main deck and four guest cabins below deck. The full beam master cabin has an adjacent study and dressing room. The fine marble en-suite bathroom has basins on either side of the central shower, a whirlpool bath, and a separate head. The four guest rooms are situated in the centre of the lower decks, with two doubles and two twins. There is a connecting door between a double and a twin, suitable for parents with children or as a VIP suite. All cabins are en-suite.
The upper deck also offers space to relax with sun loungers that can be placed in the sun or in the shade. There is also a treadmill situated in the shade. The upper saloon is wonderfully spacious as there are no side decks at this level.
The extensive sundeck has bench seating, a BBQ, a bar, and a spa pool flanked by a spread of cushions for sunbathing. At anchor, guests can access the crow’s nest, a small platform on top of the radar arch from where guests have stunning views of the surroundings.
